Call 628-652-8000 - this number may track calls and locations which may bring attention to an individual if you are concerned about them.

Non-Emergency Issues - Local Services

Dial 311 for non-urgent issues such as encampments, large dumped debris, or street maintenance issues. We use this for the purpose of getting data into the city systems to track our reports. If a report is made it must be cleared and addressed by someone in the city. Call directly or use the mobile app.

Police Non-Emergency Dispatch

Call 415-553-0123 for police non-emergency dispatchers who can route people to a wide range of aid agencies, including the emergency and health departments, that oversee at least 10 different teams. Response times are fast @17 minutes.
