Meet the staff who support our impact: Gina’s commitment to our neighborhood-based model

For the past five years, Gina Baldanzi has been an invaluable part of the North Beach Citizens team, serving as the primary point person for our development efforts and ensuring that the many details behind our fundraising, events, and donor relationships are handled with professionalism, care, and incredible attention to detail. But Gina’s contribution to the organization goes far beyond development.

Beyond her primary role, Gina is always ready to step in and support our programs and the people we serve. She warmly welcomes those who walk through the doors of our Resource Center, has personally reached out to community members in need, connecting them with our case management services, and helps create a welcoming environment at events. “I feel honored to be part of North Beach Citizens and to have the opportunity to give back to the neighborhood I have proudly called home for the past 20 years!”

In her development role, Gina brings that same warmth and community spirit to our fundraising efforts. She builds meaningful relationships with donors, volunteers, and event attendees, helps bring new supporters into the North Beach Citizens family, and has even secured wonderful auction items through her personal connections in the neighborhood. Her ability to connect people to North Beach Citizens-whether through our programs or through philanthropy-is a tremendous asset to our organization.

Most importantly, Gina brings a constant kindness and generosity of spirit to everything she does. Many of you have had the pleasure of interacting with her over the years, and you know that she has a remarkable ability to make people feel welcomed, cared for, and included. We are so grateful for Gina’s dedication, her community connections, her incredible organizational skills, and, of course, her commitment to making sure everyone has the perfect seat at the table.
